What the Postponement Notice Says

The commission’s notice confirms that the preliminary examination scheduled for 25 October 2026 stands deferred. The October date had been marked as tentative in the BPSC exam calendar released on 14 August 2026, so candidates were already advised to treat it as provisional.

BPSC has not given a new date yet. Candidates should rely only on official notices published on bpsc.bihar.gov.in for the revised schedule, the admit card release and other instructions. There is no need to re-apply — the application window for this cycle closed on 31 May 2026.
