The Railway Recruitment Boards have released the RRB Section Controller Admit Card 2026 for the Computer Based Test under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) 03/2026. Candidates who applied for the 119 Section Controller posts can now download their e-call letter from the official RRB websites.

The e-call letter link went live on 8 October 2026, four days before the CBT scheduled on 12 and 13 October 2026. If you are appearing for this exam, download the hall ticket now and verify every detail printed on it.

  2. Open the “CEN 03/2026 (Section Controller)” section and click the e-call letter download link.
  3. Enter your registration number and password (or date of birth) plus the captcha shown.
  4. Download the e-call letter and take a clear printout.

  • Do not carry mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, pens, pencils, water bottles or food items — a pen is provided at the test centre.
  • Reach the centre well before the reporting time printed on the e-call letter.
  • Read all instructions on the e-call letter carefully.

No call letter is sent by post. SC/ST candidates eligible for free train travel will find the travel authority (sleeper class pass) included in the e-call letter itself.

The CBT runs for 120 minutes with 1/3 mark deducted for every wrong answer, and marks are normalised across shifts. Minimum qualifying marks are 40% for UR and EWS, 30% for OBC and SC, and 25% for ST. The paper is available in English, Hindi and 13 regional languages.

Salary Details

Selected candidates join in Pay Level 6 of the 7th Central Pay Commission with a starting basic pay of Rs. 35,400 per month, plus allowances as admissible to railway employees.

Candidates must be 20 to 33 years old as on 1 July 2026, with age relaxation for reserved categories as per government rules. The required qualification is a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university, and the post carries Medical Standard A-2.
